On SD 50203.18, the Manticore returned for repair and debriefing with Consul General Melville, following an aborted attempt to join in annual wargames. Colonel Hesse, who works for Melville, had come aboard Manticore a few weeks prior and multiple systems failures onboard occurred right after he arrived. Following the debriefing, Manticore is stripped of all of the Black Ops functions and capabilities and relegated to the job of being an actual space tug.
